It is a sweet miso with a mild flavor that has a sweet fragrance of malted rice.  After packing in a 500g bag, it has been delivered in a cup container.  From April, this has been renewed to a craft bag (with valve) .  Since it is alcohol-free, it will be delivered by cool refrigerated delivery method (cooling fee is charged separately).
