If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with defects, we will cover the shipping costs and provide either an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, registered cash mail, or another appropriate method.
For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, we can accept items only if they are unused and undamaged.
(Please note: Frozen and refrigerated items cannot be exchanged.)
Shipping costs in these cases must be borne by the customer.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, items returned more than 4 days after delivery, or items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer’s possession.
