A sweet type light-colored miso that uses plenty of Jiuqu.Just like making white rice from brown rice, the surface of the soybeans is carefully scraped to remove the skin (peeled soybeans), soaked in water overnight, and then slowly boiled the next day.Please enjoy a smooth gem with little miscellaneous taste.In addition to miso soup, you can enjoy it deliciously with coarse miso and miso, or even if you spread it with sake and mirin and soak it in meat or fish.
