Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted on the same business day the order is confirmed.

  • If the request is made outside business hours, it will be handled the next business day.

  • Inquiries received on holidays will be answered the following business day.

  • Depending on the payment method, cancellation processing may take additional time.

Subscription Cancellation

For subscription products, cancellation can be processed after completing the initial 3-month period.
You may cancel through your account page, or by contacting us directly.
Requests to cancel or pause must be submitted at least 10 days before the next scheduled shipment date.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, shipping may take up to 7 business days.
Please note that delays may occur if items are out of stock.


Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace or refund it at our expense.
    Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, registered mail, or another appropriate method.

  • For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, items must be unused and undamaged.
    (Frozen and refrigerated products cannot be exchanged.)
    Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used items

  • Items reported more than 4 days after delivery

  • Items damaged or soiled after reaching the customer
