Privacy Policy

Our shop recognizes the importance of protecting our customers’ personal information and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information Protection Act”). We handle and safeguard personal information appropriately in accordance with the following Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).


1. Definition of Personal Information

In this Policy, “personal information” refers to information defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act—information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific person by name, date of birth, or other descriptions (including information that can be easily matched with other data to identify an individual), as well as information containing personal identification codes.

We use customers’ personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide our shop’s services

  2. To respond to inquiries and provide information related to our services

  3. To inform customers about our products and services

  4. To address violations of our terms, policies, or other rules (“Terms”)

  5. To improve our services and develop new services

  6. To create statistical data processed so individuals cannot be identified

  7. For purposes incidental to the above


3. Changes to Purpose of Use

We may change the purpose of use within a scope reasonably deemed related to the original purpose. Any changes will be notified or publicly announced.

Unless permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws, we do not use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes without customer consent. However, the following cases are exceptions:

  3. When necessary for public health or the sound upbringing of children and obtaining consent is difficult

We acquire personal information properly and do not obtain it through deceitful or unlawful means.


6. Security Management of Personal Information

We supervise employees as necessary and appropriate to ensure the secure management of personal information and prevent loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage. If handling is outsourced, we also supervise contractors to ensure proper security management.


7. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior customer consent except where permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws. The following cases are not considered third-party provision:

  1. When outsourcing handling within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose

  2. When personal information is provided due to business succession through merger or other reasons

  3. When jointly using information in accordance with the Act


8. Disclosure of Personal Information

Upon request for disclosure under the Personal Information Protection Act, and after confirming the request is from the customer本人, we will disclose the information without delay (or notify if the information does not exist). However, we may decline disclosure when permitted by law.


9. Correction of Personal Information

If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of personal information based on the Act due to inaccuracies, we will investigate without delay after confirming the request is from the customer本人. Based on the results, we will make necessary corrections and notify the customer (or notify if no correction is made). Exceptions apply where laws do not obligate us to correct.


10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If a customer requests suspension or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) based on the Act due to use beyond the announced purpose or unlawful acquisition, and the claim is found valid, we will suspend use without delay after confirming the request is from the customer本人 and notify the customer. Exceptions apply where laws do not obligate such action.

For requests for disclosure, opinions, questions, complaints, or other inquiries regarding personal information, please contact us using the contact details listed under “Legal Notice” on our shop page or through our inquiry form.


12. Continuous Improvement

We regularly review our handling of personal information and strive for continuous improvement. This Policy may be updated as necessary. We do not notify customers individually, so please review this page periodically.


13. Suspension of Website Operations

We may suspend operation of our website without prior notice or consent. In such cases, all customer information will be completely deleted.
