It is a light-colored white miso with a mild sweet flavor with a gentle, mellow taste.  After packing in a 500g bag, it will be delivered in a cup container.  From April, it was renewed to a craft bag (with valve) type.  Since it is alcohol-free, it will be delivered by cool refrigerated mail (cooling fee is not included).
