It is a miso full of umami.  An authentic one with a refreshing taste that is preferred by miso enthusiasts.  After packing in a 500g bag, it will be delivered in a cup container.  From April, it was renewed to a craft bag (with valve) type.  Since it is alcohol-free, it will be delivered by cool refrigerated mail (cooling fee is not included).
