Our Fermented Food Arrangement Class offers easy and delicious recipes that make it simple to enjoy fermented foods every day.

After watching a live demonstration of everyday meal recipes, you'll have the chance to enjoy a relaxed tasting session featuring the dishes and some fermented sweets.
(Please note: This class does not include hands-on cooking or take-home items.)

She also serves as an instructor for Aogen’s fermentation classes, known for her approachable teaching style that conveys the depth of fermented foods in a fun and relatable way—always from the perspective of a housewife.

◉ Due to ingredient preparation, cancellation fees apply starting 5 days prior to the class date.

  • 5 days prior to 3 days prior: 30%

  • 2 days prior to 1 day prior: 80%

  • Same day or no-show: 100%

Cancellations made 6 days prior or earlier will receive a full automatic refund of the class fee.
Cancellations cannot be processed online starting 5 days prior. Please contact the store (Aogen Main Store) by phone or email.
