A sweet miso with a mild flavor that has a sweet fragrance of malted rice.
Aogen's salty malted rice sauce:
When saturating the ingredient, one tip is to wipe off water completely. Also, it is recommended to wrap meat or fish in gauze and preserve it in a ziploc bag and saturate it in "salty maled rice sauce"
Pickled cucumber in miso:
It goes well with hot porridge, steamed rice, or rice in dashi (Ochazuke).
Pickled Burdock root in miso:
We recommend "Chicken and burdock root Pilaf" meal with finely chopped pickled burdock root in miso and chicken. You can also make an exquisite dish by using pickled burdock root in miso as one of the ingredients in thick sushi rolls or just simply wrap it with a piece of seaweed paper, Nori.
Sweet Japanese Sake Stand:
Add twice the amount of water and heat the sake. If you prefer, you may add salt or raw ginger to make it even more delicious. On hot days, you can enjoy the sake as a cold drink.
