Misoball:

Defrost the misoball in a refrigerature the day before you eat.  Gently cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ or a toaster oven for about 15 minutes to enjoy the taste of misoballs hot from the oven.

Heat in a microwave oven at 500W for about 3 minutes until the bag begins to inflate and the steam comes out (Heating time depends on the microwave manufacturer).  Eat right away after defrosting, regardless of the expiry date.
